Ingredients:
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Salt a pinch
- Water
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Cardamon Powder a pinch
- Boil Water, cardamon powder and jaggery till the jaggery gets dissolved fully.
- Now filter the jaggery syrup. Let this syrup be thick enough.
- Mix the riceflour with luke warm water. Make into a dough.
- Make small balls.
- Now steam the balls in a idli/pressure/microwave pan for 10 minutes.
- Remove the balls and prick it using fork.
- Soak it into the jaggery syrup for an hour.
