Jaggery Kolukattai

Ingredients:
  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Water
  • Jaggery - 1 cup
  • Cardamon Powder a pinch
Method :
  • Boil Water, cardamon powder and jaggery till the jaggery gets dissolved fully.
  • Now filter the jaggery syrup. Let this syrup be thick enough.
  • Mix the riceflour with luke warm water. Make into a dough.
  • Make small balls.
  • Now steam the balls in a idli/pressure/microwave pan for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the balls and prick it using fork.
  • Soak it into the jaggery syrup for an hour.
