Onion Raita



Ingredients:

  • Curd/Yogurt - 200 gms
  • Onions - 2
  • Chopped green chillies - 2
  • Coriander leaves - small amount
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Beat the curd in the mixer without adding water.
  • Pour it in a bowl, and add finely chopped onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt.
  • Keep this prepared raita in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
  • This is the best side dish for briyani recipes.

Preparation time: 5 minutes.
