Navadaniya Dosai/ Multi-grain Dosa

Ingredients:
  • Multigrains - 1 1/2 cups 
  • Idli rice- 1/4 cup
  • Urad dal - 2 tsp
  • Channa dal - 2 tsp
  • Red chilli - 1
  • Asafoetida - 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
Method:
  • Except salt, soak everything in 1 1/2 water for  6 to 8 hours. Grind it in dosa batter consistency.
  • Pour the batter in a pan, add salt, give a nice mix.
  • Heat dosa tawa, pour ladle-ful of batter, spread it in circle, flip and cook on both sides.
  • Serve hot with chutney or just idli podi.
