Ragi Pakoda

Ingredients:
  • Ragi flour/Millets - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilli - 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Salt as required
  • Water for kneading
  • Oil for frying
Method:
  • In a bowl, mix ragi, onion, chilli, ginger, hing, and salt. Now add water slowly and make a little loose dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan, pinch little dough and fry it in the oil.
  • Serve hot.
