dosa batter
Punugulu / Dosa Batter Bonda
Ingredients:
- Dosa batter- 2 cup
- Rava - 2 tsp
- Onion - 1
- Green chillies - 1 or 2
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves & coriander leaves - few finely chopped
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying.
- Chop onion finely. Mix all the ingredients except oil.Keep this aside for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan. Drop small balls of batter in oil. Cook 7 or 8 punugulu in a pan, don't overcrowd.
- Cook until it turns golden brown, serve with chutney of your choice.
