Tofu vadai/ Paneer Vadai
Ingredients:
- Tofu/Paneer - 200gms
- Gram dal flour - 1 cup
- Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
- Chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
- Finely chopped garlic - 1 tsp (optional)
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying
- Scramble tofu (here i have used tofu), mix everything with tofu except oil. You don't require water.
- Heat oil in a pan, take small ball from the vada dough, flatten it in your palm, fry until it turns brown.
- Serve hot with any chutney. Kids will definitely love it.
