Eggless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Icing
Ingredients:
- All purpose flour/Maida - 1 cup
- Condensed milk - 200 gm
- Plain yogurt - 100 gm
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 100 gm
- Cocoa powder - 50 gm
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
- Butter - 50 gm
- Condensed milk - 100 gm
- Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Sieve flour, baking soda, and cocoa. Beat yogurt and butter together.
- Add the beat ingredients to the sieved ingredients, add condensed milk and milk little-by-little, blend everything together.
- Pour the cake mixture in the greased cake tin. Bake it for 30 minutes till inserted fork comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool on the wire rack
- Mix everything under icing well and microwave it for 30 seconds. Mix it nicely and apply evenly on the cake.
- Let the cake rest for 1 hour.
- Your cake is ready to serve.
