Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
Method:
- Medium sized Cauliflower - 1
- Plain yogurt - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as required
- Olive oil - 2 tsp
Method:
- Tore cauliflower into florets. Mix yogurt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam maala, and salt in a bowl. Add cauliflower into this mixture, without breaking florets, mix everything nicely. Keep this aside for half an hour.
- Place foil on the roasting tray, arrange florets on the tray, drizzle oil over the florets, cook it on high for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
