Tangy Potato Fry
Ingredients:
Method:
- Medium sized potato - 3
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Oregano mix - 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil potatoes, remove skin and chop it in small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Add potatoes to it and marinate nicely. Keep this aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated potatoes in medium flame.
- Serve hot with rice and rasam.
