Rose Milk with Homemade Rose Syrup(with rose petals) - Summer special

- Rose petals - 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Water - 2 cups
- Cloves - 1
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Boiled Milk - 3/4 tumbler
- Rose syrup - 2 tsp
- Rose water - 2 drops
- Ice cubes

- Wash rose petals and let it dry for 20 minutes. In a pan, take rose petals and mix with one tsp sugar, mix it well, refrigerate overnight.

- Now add water, cloves, and sugar, let it boil on medium flame till it becomes thick. Add lemon juice when the syrup starts thickening. Syrup gets nice color from petals.
- Filter the syrup and store it in the sterilized, clean jar.
- This syrup can be used in milkshakes, ice creams and so on.
- In a glass, add rose syrup, rose water, and milk. Mix it well.
- Add ice cubes and serve cold.
- This is the wonderful, easy summer drink.
