Paneer
Paneer bhurji
Ingredients:
- Paneer - 1 cup or 200 gms
- Capsicum - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Onion - 1
- Green chilli - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder/Sambar powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Cut paneer into cubes and immerse it in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain water and crumble paneer.
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds, saute it for few seconds, add chopped onion, saute until it becomes transparent.
- Now add chopped capsicum and chopped tomato, saute it for 2 minutes.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt, saute until it blends well.
- Now add milk and saute until milk start evaporating, now add the crumbled paneer. Mix it well, your bhurji is ready to serve.
- Serve it with rice or roti, or simply eat it like snack.
