Strawberry yogurt smoothie

Ingredients:
  • Strawberry - 5
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ice cubes
Method:
  • Grind strawberry along with milk in mixer.
  • Add yogurt, salt, and sugar to the mixer. Grind it well.
  • Now add ice cubes and grind once. Serve  chilled.

  1. What a very enticing strawberry yogurt smoothie! The Archives of Opthalmology have recently published a study which states that, three or more servings of strawberries per day can actually decrease the possibility of contracting age-related macular degeneration by over one-third.
