Navadaniya Dosai/ Multi-grain Dosa
Ingredients:
- Multigrains - 1 1/2 cups
- Idli rice- 1/4 cup
- Urad dal - 2 tsp
- Channa dal - 2 tsp
- Red chilli - 1
- Asafoetida - 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Except salt, soak everything in 1 1/2 water for 6 to 8 hours. Grind it in dosa batter consistency.
- Pour the batter in a pan, add salt, give a nice mix.
- Heat dosa tawa, pour ladle-ful of batter, spread it in circle, flip and cook on both sides.
- Serve hot with chutney or just idli podi.
