Baked Omelette - kids special
Ingredients:
- Egg -6
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as required
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Grated cheese - 1/4 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Chop onion and tomato finely. Whisk all six eggs in a large cup with pepper and salt.
- Apply oil in each cup of the muffin pan and add little onion, tomato, cheese in each cup. Now pour whisked egg mixture to each cup in the pan such that the mixture covers 3/4 of the cup (because after baking the omelette rises and if the cup is full, the omelette becomes messy).
- Bake this 10 minutes high. Baking timing may vary according to each oven, you can remove the omelette once it rises very well.
- Serve hot, this is the best breakfast for kids.
