Tortilla Chips/ Corn chips
Ingredients:
- Corn flour - 1 1/2 cups
- All purpose flour/Maida - 1 cup
- Dried parley - 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp (optional)
- Oil for frying
- Mix corn flour, maida, parsley, salt, olive oil, and chilli flakes with warm water.
- Knead it in "Roti" consistency. Make small balls from the dough.
- Roll the balls thinly, dust some flours while rolling.
- Toast rolled roti in hot tawa on both sides for few seconds. Cut the roti's into triangular shape or any shape.
- Fry these chips in hot oil till golden brown. Dry excess oil in tissue paper.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream or else store it in airtight container.
