- Curd/Yogurt - 200 gms
- Onions - 2
- Chopped green chillies - 2
- Coriander leaves - small amount
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Beat the curd in the mixer without adding water.
- Pour it in a bowl, and add finely chopped onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt.
- Keep this prepared raita in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
- This is the best side dish for briyani recipes.
