Easy Potato Fry
Ingredients:
- Potato - 1/2kg
- Channa dal - t tbsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Cilantro - 1 tbsp (optional)
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 or 1 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil potatoes, peel the skin, and cut it into small cubes
- In a kadai with oil, add mustard seeds and let it splutter
- Then add curry leaves, cilantro, and channa dal
- Now add the potato cubes along with chilli powder and salt.
- Fry for few minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
