Mango
Mango Pachadi 2
Ingredients:
- Mango - 1
- Salt- a pinch
- Jaggery - 50gm
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Grate mango and keep it aside.
- In a pan, add 1/2 tbsp oil and add grated mango, saute this for 3 minutes.
- Then add salt, chilli powder, and jaggery.
- Mix it well and keep it in heat for 5 minutes in low flame, stir it often.
- This recipe is especially for pregnant women
