Ragi
Ragi Pakoda
Ingredients:
- Ragi flour/Millets - 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup
- Chopped green chilli - 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Hing - a pinch
- Salt as required
- Water for kneading
- Oil for frying
- In a bowl, mix ragi, onion, chilli, ginger, hing, and salt. Now add water slowly and make a little loose dough.
- Heat oil in a pan, pinch little dough and fry it in the oil.
- Serve hot.
