Ragi
Ragi Roti
Ingredients:
- Ragi/Millet - 1 cup
- Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
- Salt as required
- Water for kneading dough
- Mix everything except water, add water little-by-little and knead everything into soft dough.
- Now make small balls from the dough and roll it in the form of circle.
- In a hot tawa, cook ragi roti on both sides.
- Serve this with any gravy or raita of your choice.
