Ingredients:
  • Ragi/Millet - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Water for kneading dough
Method:
  • Mix everything except water, add water little-by-little and knead everything into soft dough.
  • Now make small balls from the dough and roll it in the form of circle.
  • In a hot tawa, cook ragi roti on both sides. 
  • Serve this with any gravy or raita of your choice.
