Cheese Paratha
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup
- Pepper - pinch
- Salt as required
- Water for kneading dough
- Oil or butter - 2 tbsp
- Knead flour, salt and water into soft dough. Make small balls(golf ball size).
- Now mix cheese and pepper together. This is our filling.
- Press the wheat balls into small circle, keep the filling, close the balls nicely.
- Roll the balls, take care while rolling as the filling may come out.
- In a hot tawa, cook one side of paratha, flip the roti and apply oil, again flip and apply oil. Take extra care while flipping as the filling may come out.
- Serve this paratha with gravy of your choice.
