Bread Aval Vadai
Ingredients:
- Bread - 5 slices
- Poha/Aval - 1 cup
- Onion -1
- Ginger - small piece
- Green chillies - 2 or 3
- Coriander leaves - few
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Soak poha in water for 5 minutes. Drain water and add poha in a mixing bowl.
- Soak bread in water for 1 minute. Drain water and add this to the mixing bowl.
- Mix poha and bread nicely, and add chopped onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients nicely, no need to add water.
- Make small balls from the dough, flattened it in your hand and fry it in the hot oil just like other vadas.
- Your vada is ready to serve.
