Rava Kesari
Ingredients:
- Rava/Sooji - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1 1/2 cup
- Kesari color - pinch
- Cashew - 7
- Raisin - 7
- Heat ghee in kadai and roast rava in it until nice aroma comes out. Rava turns light brown.
- Roast raisin and cashew in ghee and keep this aside.
- Boil water in kadai and add roasted rava, keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- When the rava is cooked nicely add sugar and kesari color, now cook in medium flame.
- When the kesari became whole mass, add roasted cashews and raisins, mix everything nicely.
- Your kesari is ready to serve.
