Ingredients:
Fried Banana
This is a simple recipe, can be done in 2 to 3 minutes.
- Banana - 5(small bananas)
- Ghee or butter - 2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
- Peel the skin from banana.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add banana, fry this 2 or 3 minutes.
- Immediately dust sugar on the bananas, serve hot.
Note: If you trying this recipe with big bananas, then chop it into half.
