Broccoli
Broccoli Poriyal
Ingredients:
- Chopped broccoli - 1cup
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Channa daal - 1 tsp
- Red chillies - 2
- Curry leaves - few
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it stars spluttering, add curry leaves, channa dal, red chillies, and urad dal, saute it for 1 minute.
- Now add chopped broccoli and salt, cook this in medium flame, no need to add water.
- Your broccoli poriyal is ready to serve in 10 minutes.
