Triangle Paratha
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Salt as required
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water for making dough
- In a bowl, add flour, salt, and water. Mix and knead it into smooth dough.
- Make golf ball sized balls from the dough.

- Roll the ball into circle, apply oil on the circle and fold it into half. Again apply oil and fold it into triangle. Now roll the triangle without changing its shape.
- Now cook paratha on hot tawa. Cook paratha on both sides, no oil is required.
- Serve this paratha with onion raita or just plain curd.
