Cheese Noodles
Ingredients:
- Plain egg noodles - 1 small pack
- Grated cheese - 1/3 cup
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Pepper - a pinch
- In boiling water, add noodles, cook it for 3 to 4 minutes(take care not to overcook).
- Drain water and run cold water over noodles and add one tsp of olive oil (this prevents noodles from becoming sticky).
- In a pan, add butter and grated cheese, now add noodles, salt, and pepper. Toss noodles nicely with cheese and butter.
- Serve hot.
