Stuffed Idli
Ingredients:
- Idli batter - 2 cups
- Potato - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Beans - 10
- Onion - 1
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Boil potatoes, peel the skin and chop it.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, saute until it becomes transparent. Now add chopped vegetables, chilli powder, and salt. Add little water and cook this gravy. This is our idli stuffing.
- In steamer or idli maker, add one tbsp of batter, then add one tbsp of stuffing and finally cover the stuffing with one tbsp of batter.
- Steam it and serve this idli with chutney of your choice.
