Paneer Bread Balls
Ingredients:
- Paneer - 200gms
- Bread - 4
- Potato - 1
- Onion - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli - 1 or 2
- Coriander leaves - few
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying
- Scramble paneer nicely. Soak bread in water, drain water and mash bread nicely. Boil potato, peel off skin and mash it nicely.
- In a bowl, add scrambled paneer, mashed bread, mashed potato, chopped onion, turmeric powder, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix it nicely. Make small balls from the dough.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry the paneer balls.
