French fries/ Finger chips

Ingredients:
  • Big potato - 2
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for frying
Method:
  • Peel potatoes and cut it in lengthwise.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil until it turns golden brown.
  • Keep these potatoes in tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
  • Add salt and chilli powder to these fries, serve hot with tomato sauce.
