Moong Dal Ladoo
Ingredients:
- Moong dal - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Ghee or butter - 1/2 cup
- Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dry roast moong dal nicely until it becomes reddish brown, let it cool down and powder it. Sieve moong dal powder in a bowl.
- Powder sugar and add it to moong dal powder, and add cardamon powder. Mix it well
- Add melted ghee to this above mixture gradually and make ladoos when it is still warm.
- Store this ladoo in a airtight container.
