Paneer
Paneer Fry
Ingredients:
- Paneer - 250gms
- Tomato - 1
- Onion - 1
- Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Salt as required
- Ghee or butter - 2 tbsp
- Cube paneer and saute it in 1 tbsp ghee.
- Chop tomato and onion, heat remaining ghee in a pan and add chopped onion and tomato, saute this for few minutes.
- Add garlic, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt. Saute it nicely, add little water, when ghee separates from the masala, add paneer cubes.
- Mix paneer cubes nicely with the masala.
- Your paneer fry is ready to serve with pulao, rotis or naan.
